Rutikvere Manor Fish Farm is located at Rutikvere Manor in Järva County, Estonia. We raise rainbow trout and Siberian sturgeon and look after our fish from hatching to delivery.
Rainbow trout
Trout is the backbone of our farm. The first fry hatch every spring in our own hatchery and grow on in our tanks. We supply fresh trout to restaurants, caterers and resellers.
Siberian sturgeon
Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) is a long-lived, slow-growing fish. Our sturgeon has been served by leading Estonian chefs, including the chef of the President of Estonia, and is exported abroad.
Export
We sort and grade fish to customer specification. Every export batch passes veterinary inspection and ships with a health certificate. In autumn 2026 we shipped 3,000 kg of Siberian sturgeon to Spain.
